SALON POLICIES

Due to COVID-19 Health Pandemic, the studio will be observing some new policies. Please review the following before your appointment.

1. Please wash your hands when entering the studio.

2. Guests will be required to wear a mask. NO MASK NO SERVICE If you do not have your own, I have some to purchase.

3. Do not enter the studio if you are sick. Please reschedule your appointment, please give me 24 hr notice. NO shows day of will not be rebooked.

4. Guests should attend appointments alone and not bring friends and family.

5. Please allow 2 weeks time after travelling outside the country, before making your appointment.

6. In order to maintain social distance between yourself and other guests, please do NOT arrive early to your appointment.


Cancellations and Missed Appointments

*Due to COVID-19 I will not be charging a cancellation fee

I strive to to ensure the utmost positive

and enjoyable experience for my guests. I understand that sometime there are unavoidable circumstances that can conflict with your scheduled appointment and therefore cause you to cancel. 

As a courtesy, I ask that any cancellations and rescheduling be given 24 hrs notice. Any cancellation made after the 24 hr required cancellation period will be subject to a 50% charge of your service fee. Missed appointments with no courtesy call or text are subject to a charge in the full amount of the service.

**Pls note: No shows and cancellations without a 24 hr notice will require a deposit to schedule a new appointment and hold the time slot.

New Guests

For new guests that I haven't seen before, I require a $75 deposit for any Colour or Texturizing service in order to reserve the appointment. 

In order to ensure bookings are scheduled correctly all first time guests having colour or texturizing service will require a phone or text confirmation by me to ensure enough time is booked. 

Waivers

All new guests are required to sign the policies waiver on your first visit to the studio. Guests will also be required to fill out additional waivers, such as a chemical waiver before undergoing hair colour or lightening, or a consultation which details the agreed upon services. 

Redo Policy

I do not offer refunds on studio services. However, I strive to give the utmost satisfaction to my guests and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, I will make every effort to ensure I rectify the situation. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me within 7 days so I may address these concerns in a timely fashion.
